(a) Bugs fixed

Command:
1. [modified] Connection speed was showing 115200.
	      Change to 64000 or 128000(virtual modem)
2. [fixed] Using "auto search driver" function to instal driver will
	   get wrong Windows Version driver.
3. [fixed] If you use MLPPP and software compression,miniVigor128 
	   connects only with one channel.
4. [fixed] Both MLPPP and DynamicMLPPP flow disappear for 1-2sec and 
           then flow starts again.
5. [fixed] SET and HELP button in KIOSK are not working when 
    	   miniVigor128 is unplugged.
6. [fixed] If you unplug USB cable from miniVigor128 while connected
	   to Internet,computer totally block.
7. [fixed] The flow is significantly effected by opening and closing
	   additional channel while PPP connection is established.
	   In some occasions,the flow almost disappears.
8. [fixed] Using NDISWAN to dial to server,if busy,it will display
	   "Modem Error" instead of "Peer Side Busy"
9. [fixed] For some special Windows environment,miniVigor128 can active 
	   after Windows power on but can not make call out. The only
	   way to make it work is unplugging miniVigor128 and replugging
  	   to USB port.
10.[fixed] For some special Windows environment,miniVigor128 will not 
	   active after Windows power on.The only way to make it work is 
	   unplugging miniVigor128 and replugging it to USB port.
11.[fixed] Kiosk-when opened via the Start Windows menu,the Kiosk is in 
	   German in professional mode.
12.[fixed] Kiosk-B2 always does not display connection message.
Windows 2000:
1. [fixed] If you unplug ISDN line from miniVigor128,after time out,
	   connection will be discnnected but dialup network hang.
2. [fixed] If server side disconnects the call,connection will be 
	   disconnected but dialup network icon hang.

2. There is a bug in the connection duration management in the Kiosk. The duration indicated in the colum "Call INFO." is reset to 00:00:00 each time when close and open the Kiosk window. (Windows)
