1. Bugs fixed

    - Improve stability of modem connection.

    - Solve compatiblity problem of GlobeSpan chip set modems by
      add a new function to modem firmware utility.

    - Add log messages to make the reason of modem disconnection
      more clear.

    - Fix a bug that PPP session can not be established even if
      the modem is already up, occasionally.
  
    - Fix a bug that syslog function cause router crash.

2. Feature added

    - Support Draytek ADSL USB modem(Annex A, Annex B and UR-2).
