Bug Fixed:

2. Fixing H264 decoding failure while connecting to DG600-L/S/T model with SPI version after 3421
3. Fixing network error handing

Limitation:
1. The "Menu Configure" function doesn't support the "Motion Detection Area Setup" option.
2. Some mobile devices don't support file saving, on which mobiles the snapshot could only be viewed by "Snapshot Viewer".
   => Such mobiles may fail to install/execute DVRMobileView, please try the DVRMobileView version digits number on even, not on odds.
