RVS-COM 1.63 (Lite version, TELES.RVS-PowerPack) is fully functional on Windows 2000. 
However, this requires the account in which RVS-COM is used to have administrative rights.
 If you're going to use RVS-COM in an account without administrative rights (regular user 
account), you have to apply this bug fix after the installation of RVS-COM. 



To install the received Service Pack, close all other applications (incl. RVS CommCenter)
before proceeding. Start the Service Pack by pressing [ENTER]. The next steps are done 
automatically.
